Day 2 of furlough, plein air painting 2

This morning I grabbed my gear and climbed up and around Bunker Hill looking for a view with the play of strong light and shadows. I soon found these layers of stone, brick and trees at the Clougherty Pool. This is a oil painting on a stretched 12×9 canvas.
