Charlestown Morning

24x20 inch oil on canvas

Damming The Charles

I’m very happy that two of my paintings – Charlestown Morning and Damming the Charles have been selected for the annual Off The Wall juried exhibition at Danforth Art in Framingham, MA.

Can’t wait to see the exhibit this summer, open from June 7 – August 2, 2015.

Gorgeous day at Art in the Park

Charlestown’s City  Square was alive with art on Sunday, September 7 for the annual Art in the Park hosted by the Artists Group of Charlestown.  Lots of thanks to Eddy Lehar for all his help both with heavy lifting and sales while I was taking down the show at the Arboretum! A very successful day.

September 7, Arboretum exhibit comes down and paintings go to their new homes.

04.14.arboretumA bitter sweet day – the 2 LOOKING @ 4 exhibit at Harvard University’s Arnold Arboretum had to come down. The past 2 years have been a wonderful experience, an endlessly intriguing place to explore and paint, and a wonderful group of people.

Thanks so much to the terrific staff who made it possible: Brett McNeilly is a power house, especially when it comes to hanging a show! and Maggie was so helpful at our presentation.

Another wonderful aspect of the day was sending paintings off to their new homes; to my collectors, may your paintings bring many years of joy.

Kathy and I are grateful.
