Today was cold. Painting when your fingers and hands feel like a blunt club is challenging. There’s one more thing I can try the next cold day – but I will hold out for a sunny cold one.

These two oil sketches were on carton board with Gamblin’s Fast Matte paint – first time I tried it. Hmm, it was so cold don’t feel I can compare.
