Day 2 – painting with George in Concord

Today I arrive at class with a larger canvas (16 x 20) and followed instructions to simplify forms and get the values right – we painted on a farm in Concord, some of this painting works but I won’t be able to revisit and complete. (yes, this is a take the photo and scrape down the canvas to reuse later – you really don’t want to know how many paintings I have in the basement that would be candidates for the museum of bad art) But really. another gorgeous day!

And now I have brushes to clean.
