Day 4 Thursday at Art New England

Time is flying by and while I slept in – to 6:30 and didn’t get an early landscape done, it was a terrific day. All these are oil on stretched canvas (the pears, 11×14) or linen (hydrangea, 6 inches square and blueberry muffin, 12×6)

I’m so glad this is a tradition for you. I have to find my own tradition.
    The Blueberry muffin looks delicious.

They were tasty! Not coming here last year made the summer seem all wrong, so I needed two weeks this year. I highly recommend this sort of thing. There are even mothers and daughters here making art together.

I just love your work Carol — it’s so wonderful that you work at your art. Hope to see you when we’re in town next month.

The hydrangea painting is beautiful! I absolutely love it.
