Last class work of 2009

Oh skin tones! It’s so hard. How to make the spotlite model pop out the way she really does – even with lime green in the background. Well, that’s why I’m in class, there’s room for improvement. This is oil on a 14×18 inch canvas. Our final class of the semester, painting was combined with goodies to eat and an informal display of our favorites from the past 4 months. Class resumes on January 21, 2010.
