Catching up with May’s fine daily dining

foodinmay02Interesting exercise on Sunday – how to show a large bowl of popcorn without drawing every kernal. Again this is my Fabriano sketchbook with gouache and assorted markers and/or pencils for the initial sketch.

Then there was Monday – I do enjoy the contrived geometric arrangements – and tasty little Special K crackers. These sketches do show my fondness for a little red wine – for medicinal purposes of course.
