Class Painting Spring #2 – Week 5 of 5

The experiment, with the different limited palettes, gave me the opportunity to learn about different pigments, but was not successful in that I didn’t really explore what those colors as semi transparent might be able to do . . . thoughts for the next work. The dramatic sweeping streak of light happened on the 2nd day of the pose at 11:15am – never to be seen so high or broadly across the canvas again.
