Saturday morning’s work

expressso1129

This is coming along, trying to paint “by the book” working the canvas as a whole, first putting in broad fields of color, then adding more form, reflected colors, etc., also trying out some mediums I’ve never used – Res-n-gel and Gamblin’s Galkyd Gel. Oh, does that cup need attention! My home studio still needs some work – I’ve got a glare problem that I didn’t think would happen painting in the am with northwest facing windows.
