Saturday Class

11-08-08_0930Another lovely model – this is week 2 of 4, early in the class. A canvas about 22×28 inches. I’m trying to get good contrast, to keep her from going flat – but don’t really work methodically, it would be a help. This is a cellphone pic – it has its limitations.

    Hey Cuz,

Your nudes are fantastic. My favorite are your landscapes though, especially the cemetery ones since I live next to one. Kudos!

One question…where the heck do you find room to put all these gorgeous paintings?

Thank you! Painting is such a better way to spend my time than, say, house cleaning . . .

Ah, the what to do with all the paintings problem! While I do have a lot of wall space, plus a drying rack that I concocted from IKEA shelving, have gifted some, and have sold some, I need to put my critical eye to the collection and (cough) edit.
