Labor Day weekend – omg, wet canvas everywhere

To complete the weekend – spent a little time in front of Bldg 10, still a work in progress – the light changes dramatically very quickly in the early am –

back to the backyard to contemplate lattice,

and to Doherty Playground where I wanted to paint something less geometric than columns or lattice, so I tried treetops and roof lines. The first is a sketch on gessoed paper, the second an 11×22 gessoed panel.
