A Third Day of the Food Diary

Tomorrow I’ll try to SLOW DOWN these drawings, I’m so hungry I hurry – oh well. Not difficult to do in a restaurant this evening either. This has made me aware of what I’m eating and the mindless nibbling has stopped. Yeah! Again its a Handbook journal about 5 inches square, with a Pentel gel pen that bleeds slightly and watercolor washes. (a motley mixture of 7 “artist quality” paints including WN, Schminke, Holbein and Daniel Smith)
