Painting Class Pose 2nd week

The second week with this model and this pose – I started a new painting on an 18 in sq canvas. I’ve expanded my palette somewhat, a warm and cool color of blue, green- I should be mixing these, but maybe for another painting, red and yellow, plus white. I’m using Gamblin Turquoise for my warm blue, adds a bite to the mixtures. I’m also not using any earth colors, again a challenge to my color mixing abilities. It slows down the automatic, too easy solutions. I’ll be working on this canvas, same palette, again on February 16th
