Paintings done in Newfane NY

Old Garage

DeadTreeSky panel

Five days were spent in western NY and I successfully carved out painting time amid visits with elderly aunts by getting up early. “The Farm” is now more overgrown woods with the old garage, barn and kennel just peaking through the foliage. The Dead Tree Sky was painted on a birch panel (approx 12×15) while the Old Garage was painted on stretched canvas (20×10.)

You are inspiring me. I did 3 paintings in my backyard. Not as nice as yours, but I learned a lot.

Hey, sometime we should get together at Paolo’s and have a pizza after work. If our families let us.

So, where’s the dead tree? It’s sort of a landmark now, poor thing.
Love what you have done! I still have not started any art work, still bogged down scanning slides.

Duh….I was expecting the dead tree behind Janet’s. Just call me slow….LOL.
It’s sad that it’s all so overgrown, though. We had many a fun time, didn’t we?
