Work on paper

This morning we thought about cropping, placement and fragments as we settled into the birches between the pond and the observatory.  I am working on a vertical tryptich of the mountains pond and cattails.  I think I’ll have more time tomorrow to complete it. (if not there’s Friday afternoon or Saturday am.  In the afternoon I did several quick works on paper. The objective was to approach the afternoon work very differently than the morning – I went from vertical to horizontal in one and panaramic to close-up intimate in the other.

Hi – the comments are moderated, to avoid spam. I think I’ll try changing that.
